双语日报 | TikTok掀起中国功夫热,外国人纷纷晒学习视频

最近,中国功夫在海外引发新热潮,短视频平台TikTok上“功夫(kung fu)”话题播放量超过37亿,中国功夫的魅力通过视频形式得以传播,吸引了大量外国友人争相学习。


功夫已经在世界很多国家受到热烈欢迎。


在西班牙,有人练习中国功夫强身健体,从中体味中国道家哲学,并将其传授给更多西班牙年轻人。

Oriol Mas is a young Spanish man who loves Chinese kung fu. Originally, he was in poor health, and accidentally came into contact with traditional Chinese kung fu, and learned to practice, which has much improved his physical state.

Oriol Mas是一位热爱中国功夫的西班牙年轻人。原本身体不好的他,无意中接触到了中国传统功夫,并学着练习功夫,身体状况也随之好转。


In addition to his own practice, Mas also teaches Chinese kung fu to Spanish youth. He said the martial arts has led him into Chinese philosophy, such as Taoism, and made him feel that China is a modern country that preserves its traditional culture.

除了自己练习,Mas还向西班牙青年教授中国功夫。他说,武术让他认识了中国哲学,如道教,他觉得中国是保留了传统文化的现代国家。


在巴勒斯坦的加沙地带,41岁的巴勒斯坦人Khalil Shaqliah是一名中国功夫教练。他在加沙地带南部城市拉法为儿童和青少年教授功夫。

Shaqliah said that Chinese kung fu not only gives the trainees strength, speed and flexibility in controlling their bodies, helps them link their muscles with their minds, but also helps them to get rid of negative energy resulting from life stresses.

Shaqliah说,中国功夫不仅赋予学员力量、速度和控制身体的灵活性,帮助他们将肌肉与思想联系起来,还帮助他们摆脱生活压力带来的负能量。


在乌干达,五岁的小女孩Hasifa Nakirijja跟爸爸习武,在当地已经小有名气。

Five-year-old Hasifa Nakirijja is becoming well known in Uganda because of her amazing skills in kung fu (Chinese martial arts). The person behind Nakirijja's skills is her father, Manisuru Ssejjemba, who in 2017 made a journey to the Shaolin Temple, thousands of kilometers away in China. Ssejjemba set up a makeshift training center behind his house where he trains youngsters to help promote the kung fu culture in Uganda.

五岁的Hasifa Nakirijja因其惊人的功夫(中国武术)技巧而在乌干达广为人知。Nakirijja是从父亲Manisuru Ssejjemba那里学的,Ssejjemba2017年曾去过数千公里之外的中国少林寺。他在屋子后面建了一个临时培训中心,训练年轻人,在乌干达推广功夫文化。


功夫电影也受到很多人的喜爱。


早在李小龙之前,功夫电影在美国已经受到欢迎,如《天下第一拳》(King Boxer),《铁掌旋风腿》Lady Whirlwind




而李小龙的出现将功夫电影带进美国主流荧幕,引发了西方对中国武术的浓厚兴趣,中国功夫在美国逐渐成为一种文化现象。



功夫还有这些作用


中国功夫不仅仅局限于攻防格杀,还能够强身健体,锤炼心性,达到内外兼修的效果。


Chinese kung fu highlights the harmonization between soma and spirit and combines the inner and outer qualities. By nurturing a good temperament that fills one with vigor and vitality, and offering exercises to help lead a longer life, kung fu has long been considered as an effective way to maintain good health.

中国功夫强调身体与精神的协调,内外兼修。功夫一直被认为是保持身体健康的有效方法,它可以培养人的气质,让人充满活力,并且锻炼体魄达到长寿的效果。

功夫作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含了丰富的哲学思想,能够对人的思想予以启迪。


The core philosophy of kung fu is drawn from the Confucius principle of physical and mental integration combined with neutralization; the Taoist principle of dynamic balance; the Buddhist principle of showing cultural syncretism of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism in China.

功夫的核心哲学来源于孔子身心合一与中和的思想;道家动态平衡思想;以及体现中国儒、道、佛融合的佛教思想。
