近日，黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市梅里斯达斡尔族区推出“反向扫码”创新举措受到公众关注。

梅里斯达斡尔族区政府有关负责人介绍称，他们与当地移动公司和公安部门大数据中心进行研讨对接，提出“反向扫码”基本路径。一方面将无智能手机居民姓名、照片、住址、联系电话和身份证号等信息生成二维码，另一方面研发扫码程序，安装到公共场所门口值守人员的手机中，并与核酸检测系统实现互联。

To solve the problem of scanning codes for residents without smart phones, especially the elderly, the governmentofthe Meilisi Daur district of Qiqihar, Heilongjiang province has worked with local public security departments to promote the "reverse scanning".

Residents will only need to show the card with a personalized QR code before entering a facility and staff from the facility can scan the code with an application.

据了解，目前梅里斯达斡尔族区7200余名无智能机老年人和9100名中小学生及幼儿园儿童，均已生成了“个人码”并制作成卡片，均已基本发放完毕。

网友怒赞这一方法，称这破解了老年人和孩子的扫码难题，方便简单。

4月8日早晨7时30分许，7岁的妮妮来到学校，从书包里拿出最近刚发的“个人码”卡片。学校工作人员扫一下卡片上的二维码，信息显示妮妮是这个学校一年级学生，健康码为绿码，就让她进入学校。

“以前带女儿去超市等公共场所，都需要填写纸质的信息表，比较麻烦。”妮妮的妈妈周女士告诉极目新闻记者，新的个人卡片上有一个二维码，里面录有女儿妮妮的姓名、年龄、核酸检测结果等信息，现在带女儿去超市只需要出示它就行，简单多了。

73岁退休教师高长永告诉《中国日报》记者，如今出门去公共场合，不再需要复杂繁琐的登记流程，“反向扫码”即可进入。

“疫情期间，每当进入公共场合都需要扫码，因为不会使用智能手机，需要手写登记，很费时间，有时候老年人一多起来，大家就要排队等候，这很不方便，尤其是冬天等在室外的时候。有时候为了避免外出采购，我只能让我的孩子们把日常所需送过来。所以当社区工作人员联系我，告诉我新出的政策，我马上就跟他们登记申请二维码，没过几天，社区工作人员就将卡片送到了我家，现在我的生活方便多了。”

"In the past two years, I often felt embarrassed when I visited a public venue because I didn't know how to use a smart phone," said Gao Changyong, 73, a retired teacher. "I had to wait for the staff to write down my information, which took more time than scanning code."

"Sometimes we seniors had to queue up outside, which was insufferable, especially in the extremely cold winter," he said. "Therefore, I often asked my children to send me daily supplies to avoid going out."

"When the community worker told me the new method, I was really happy and immediately submitted my application," he said. "I received the card just a few days later, which had made my life more convenient and efficient.

除超市外，在齐齐哈尔市梅里斯达斡尔族区的药店、饭店等多个公共场所都实行了“反向扫码”。

梅里斯达斡尔族区政法委书记庄体勇告诉《中国日报》记者，反向扫码的灵感来自于移动支付。

"With a green code showed on the staff's phone, visitors can enter the facility and their traces will be also recorded," said Zhuang Tiyong, Party secretary of the district's commission for political and legal affairs, who is in charge of the project. "Inspiration comes from mobile payment, with which we can scan the sellers' payment code or be scanned the payment code in our phones."

“公共场所的值守人员扫描二维码显示绿码后，老人和小孩就可以进入了，他们的行程也会被记录。反向扫码的灵感来自于移动支付，即我们扫描商家的收款二维码或者让商家扫我们的付款二维码完成支付。”

"To provide a better using experience, we launched the trial operation in one community in early March," he said. "During the one-month trial operation, we upgraded and solved several imperfections and problems raised by users."

“为了让用户有更好的使用体验，三月初我们选择了一个社区进行了为期一个月的试运行，对用户提出的问题和不足进行了改进。”
