为进一步加强新冠肺炎疫情防控医疗保障工作，国家医保局办公室21日印发《关于切实做好当前疫情防控医疗保障工作的通知》，明确参保人在定点基层医疗机构发生的相关费用按统筹地区现行规定支付，在定点零售药店购买新冠病毒抗原检测试剂的费用，可使用个人账户支付。

通知明确，各省级医保部门要及时调整优化疫情防控医疗保障政策措施，按程序将新冠病毒抗原检测试剂及相应检测项目临时性纳入本省份基本医保医疗服务项目目录，持续规范和优化公立医疗机构提供新冠病毒抗原检测服务的价格政策。

Provincial authorities should incorporate antigen testing reagents and corresponding tests into the service catalogue of their basic medical insurance, and continue to regulate the price of such services, added the circular.

各省级医保部门要参照相关要求，将《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案（试行第九版）》新增药品临时性纳入本省份医保基金支付范围；对调出最新版诊疗方案且不在基本医保目录内的药品，应在最新版诊疗方案发布之日起停止医保支付。

对新增的奈玛特韦片/利托那韦片，由医疗机构按照企业与有关部门沟通一致的价格采购，医保部门按规定做好支付。

They are also asked to cover the cost of newly added medicine in the latest version of diagnosis and treatment protocol for COVID-19 via their medical insurance funds.

通知明确，支持疫情严重地区医疗机构正常运转，必要时可按程序预付部分新冠救治资金。同时，要扎实做好新冠病毒疫苗及接种费用保障，落实核酸和抗原检测项目价格政策，实施“长期处方”、互联网诊疗等结算报销政策。
